Is there padding in the tops?

All of our tops are double-lined and do not include removable pads.

What materials is your swimwear made of?

All of our swimwear is crafted using ECONYL®, a regenerated nylon made from ocean and landfill waste.

How long does it take to restock our products?

We restock approximately once a month, but because every piece is handmade in small batches, restocks are intentionally limited.

This small-batch approach aligns with our sustainability values, helping us reduce overproduction and promote mindful consumption.

How do I choose my size?

We offer a detailed Size Guide to help direct you to the right size in your swimwear.

How do I take care of my swimsuit?

To keep your swimsuit looking its best, we recommend handwashing in cold water for long-lasting wear. If needed, you can machine wash it occasionally on a cold, delicate cycle--but handwashing is always preferred!

Do not iron, dry clean, or bleach.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return Policy?

Blue Isle Swimwear offers full returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags still attached.

What is your Exchange Policy?

Blue Isle Swimwear offers one free exchange per paid order within 30 days of delivery.

Once the free exchange has been processed and delivered, the order becomes ineligible for a full refund, whether via store credit or original payment method.

What do I do if I received an incomplete or incorrect order?

While we take great care to ensure every order is accurate, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please email us at contact@blueisleswim.com as soon as possible.

Be sure to include photos of the items you received, the packaging, and your order confirmation so our support team can assist you promptly.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed.

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@blueisleswim.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. At checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method, with final costs shown before purchase.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

What carrier do you use?

Blue Isle uses UPS as our shipping carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed?

Once your order has been processed (typically within 1–3 business days), we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address. If you notice an error at checkout, please reach out to us at contact@blueisleswim.com within 8 hours of placing your order. While we can’t guarantee adjustments, we’ll do our best to assist you.
